Monitor production control and provide recommendations to factory management to improve efficiency and reduce costs.

Track production and inventory costs – including quantities, price changes, and offer analysis for new products.

Supervise procurement tracking – price, quantity, cash flow.

Monitor distribution costs and prepare and evaluate related reports.

Lead and organize the finance/back-office team (1 accountant, 1 analyst, 4 back-office staff for distribution operations such as invoicing, order tracking, collections, E-transport, and timely E-invoicing).

Provide recommendations for ERP system improvements and developments.

Continuously review stock movements and inventory values.

Ensure the accuracy and timeliness of accounting data (e.g., invoice posting and approval).

Prepare monthly reports (P&L, balance sheet, cash flow), including client/product/segment-level analysis.

Plan, monitor, and update budgets based on new information.

Make daily decisions regarding pricing, investments, and approving higher procurement or acquisition costs.

Review cash flow weekly/monthly and provide actionable recommendations.

Ensure compliance with financial regulations (accounting laws, tax codes, excise duties).

5–10 years of experience in finance management or accounting management, preferably in a production/distribution setting.

Deep knowledge of accounting principles.

Strong controlling experience.

Strong manager skills.

Proven experience in a production or distribution company.

Ability to make fast and accurate decisions under pressure.

Strong analytical and organizational skills.

Experience with ERP systems is a plus.

Advanced Excel skills.

Proficiency in Hungarian is required and English is needed as well.
