About the job
We are looking for an experienced Human Resources Director to lead and manage all HR-related functions across two companies within the group. The role is about management and involves coordinating HR strategies aligned with organizational goals, ensuring legal compliance, and fostering a productive and compliant work environment.
Lead recruitment and selection processes based on departmental needs.
Develop and update internal policies and recruitment procedures.
Coordinate performance evaluation and appraisal processes.
Ensure compliance with labor laws and internal regulations.
Provide support and counsel to managers and employees on HR-related issues.
Submit reports in REVISAL .
Draft, suspend, and terminate employment contracts.
Represent the company in relation to public authorities and institutions.
Manage payroll and compensation processes.
Oversee the issuance of tax statements.
Manage overall personnel administration.
University degree with at least 5 years of experience in Human Resources, ideally in a leadership position.
Strong knowledge of labor laws and recruitment procedures.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team.
Attention to detail and a mindset geared toward continuous improvement.
Proficiency in English language
